Return Policy for products

At SwedBike, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Below is our return policy for electric scooters, including conditions for unopened packages and the return process.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date the product was received, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Unopened Packages: products must be returned in an unopened condition to qualify for a full refund. The packaging must be intact and in the same condition as when received.

• Used Products: If the package has been opened and the product shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct an amount for the reduction in value.

2. Return Process

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Fill Out Our Contact Form: Visit our website and complete the return form, providing relevant information such as order number, contact details, and a description of the product's condition.

2. Wait for Approval: Once we have received your form, we will review your request and respond within [number of business days 3-5 business days. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.

3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the product is returned solely due to a change of mind.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we have received and approved the return. If the product shows signs of use, a reduced refund will be issued based on the condition of the product.

4. Deductions for Reduced Value

If the product shows significant signs of use that affect its value, we may apply a deduction corresponding to the reduction in value. Examples include:

• Scratches, damages, or dirt on the electric scooter.

• Technical issues that affect the functionality of the product.

We reserve the right to document the condition of the product upon receipt and communicate any deductions for reduced value before issuing the refund.
